The Precursor Newcastle office is currently one of 3 locations in the UK where Precursor have offices. Newcastle houses our UK leading, CREST accredited, 24x7 Security Operations Centre (SOC).
Precursor work with businesses across the UK and chose Newcastle as the location for our SOC due to both local demand but importantly because of the talent pool of highly qualified SOC resources in the area. Newcastle and the North East has a strong Cyber Security community with ever growing engagement from all sizes of business in the area.
Precursor host regular Cyber Security events in Newcastle, ranging from hosting the local OWASP chapter, to our popular Red V Blue seminars, where we perform Live Hacking. We see these events as a great way to meet both old friends and potential new clients.
Portland House can be accessed directly off the A167, via Market Street. Newcastle has excellent access to the A1 north to Edinburgh and south to London.
The nearest Metro Stations are Monument and Manors, both within a 5 minute walk. Central Station is an 8 minute walk.
There are a number of bus routes on John Dobson Street providing access into and out of Newcastle City Centre. Newcastle Coach Station is located a short walk to the west.
