Our SOC operates from Newcastle upon Tyne. It is a dedicated secure facility providing continuous 24/7/365 threat monitoring, with documented shift handover procedures and out-of-hours escalation paths as required by our CREST Approved SOC accreditation. The facility is 100% UK-based: no monitoring work is offshored.

Question 3

Can clients visit Precursor Security offices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Client meetings and briefings can be arranged at any of our four UK offices. Leeds is our primary hub for penetration testing and consultancy engagements. London serves strategic advisory and CISO meetings for South East clients. Edinburgh covers Scotland and the North. Contact us on 0113 486 4873 or via the contact form to arrange a visit.

Question 4

All personnel are DBS-checked. This applies to penetration testing, SOC monitoring, incident response, and all consultancy services.
